MIND YOU BODY, EMBODY YOUR MIND
This project has been funded by the European Union within the Erasmus+ Program - Mobility of youth workers Call 2023, with the aim of providing youth participants with practical tools to improve their quality of life and address modern challenges.
MIND YOU BODY, EMBODY YOUR MIND is a unique experience that explores the connection between mind and body through somatic practices (Movement, Touch, Yoga, Breathing Techniques and more).
This approach is based on increasing the participant's awareness of his body, thoughts and movements, promoting daily well-being and body awareness.Â
The program is designed to give the opportunity to european workers and students to explore and develop awareness, well-being, and resilience through somatic practices involving movement, meditation, and breathing. It focuses on key themes such as rhythm, listening, intention, process, agreement, and responsibility.
FEEDBACKS
I still carry with me the exercise that touched me the most: walking. Walking slowly. Feeling every part of your foot landing on the ground, the weight of your body shifting, your gaze focused on the present. How good it is to be in your body, how good it is to be home. I felt like a daughter returning home after a long time. How good it is to say "I'm back".

It was one of the most curious experiences I have ever had. Despite lacking any prior experience of mental and bodily connection exercises (such as yoga or meditation), the people, trainers and atmosphere managed to shift my mindset from: "what madness are they asking us to do here" to "hey, maybe this actually works" and, back to Spain, to "I miss my morning yoga".

By exploring a variety of forms of embodiment, I keep learning how to listen to my body carefully, noticing its signals and being in a close relationship with it. Anytime I connect more with my body, my mind is calming down. There is less chaos and more space. Less thoughts and more stillness. And Intuition awakens.
